　　一、概述General overview

　　YBPA (BP-800) 系列工业型压力变送器是引进国外公司隔离式传感器组件和组装技术，变送器采用扩散硅、激光修正、温度补偿、模拟信号处理等***技术和工艺，具有精度高、可靠性好、响应速度快、性能稳定等特性。采用二线制传送，输出4～20mA 恒流信号，抗干扰能力强，适合于远距离的信号传输。该系列变送器有各种压力测量范围，有普通型和（本质安全型），用户可根据使用场合和配套仪表的要求选择相应的规格型号。目前已广泛用于石油、化工、冶金、电力、轻工等领域，实现对液体、气体、蒸汽的压力测量和控制。
    本产品可在包括腐蚀性介质在内的各种环境中使用。结构简单，安装、使用、维修方便，是***的压力检测、控制仪表，深受广大设计人员和用户的欢迎。

　　YBPA (BP-800) adopts the isolated sensor components and assemble technique from foreign　companies and uses the advanced techniques such as diffuse silicone, laser modify, simulate signal　and so on. Because of above, it gets the high accuracy, high liability, quick response and the excellent　stability. Using the 2-line type and the 4～20mA signal output, it can be perfect in　disturb proof and fit　for the distance transport.
　　It is widely used in petrochemical, metallurgical, power-supplying and light industry and so on to　measure and control of the liquid, gas and stream.
It can be used in the corrupting medium. The simple structure and the　convenience of installing,　operating and service make this new product welcomed by many customers.

　　二、工作原理Working Principle
    BP-800 系列变送器由两个部分组成：压力传感器和压力信号转换器。
    压力传感器是利用硅的压阻效应和良好的机械特性，应用扩散和离子注入技术将压敏电阻元件光刻在硅膜上。
    当被测压力作用于芯体的敏感元件时，传感器输出端会有相应的电压信号输出，其大小与所加压力成正比。
    压力信号转换器，向压力传感器提供恒流源，并把压力传感器输出的微弱电压信号放大，再经V/I 转换，输出4～20mA 恒流信号。

　　The pressure transmitter characters the resistance components onto the silicone film when the pressure　acts on the sensitive element, the transmitter output the relative voltage signal.
　　Pressure signal-transform device supply constant current to the transmitter and magnify the voltage signal　and output the 4～20mA current after V/I　transform.

　　四、 结构及安装方式

　　压力接头材料： SUS304 表壳、表盖: 铝合金
　　测压元件隔膜： SUS316L 涂层： 塑料喷涂
　　压力接口： M20 × 1.5 阳螺纹重量： ≈ 0.75kg

　　压力变送器应尽量安装在温度梯度和温度波动小的地方，同时还要避免振动和冲击。为确保变送器接头密封，应先在接头处卷上密封胶带，然后拧紧变送器。
    变送器应直接安装在测量点，但强腐蚀性的或过热的介质不应与变送器接触，需借助引压管作为过渡，把取压口介质压力传输到变送器。

　　It is better to be installed to the place with little temperature fluctuate and avoid the vibration and concussion.
　　To make sure the sealing of the connection part, it is better to wrap the adhesive tape before fixing the transmitter.
　　It should be installed on the measuring point but not to touch the medium with strong corrupt and high　temperature. It is better to make a transition by a special pipe.

　　五、系统连接及调试Connection and debugging
    变送器在测量系统中的连接见图3。建议电源电压Us 选用24V.DC。
    二次仪表中采样电阻（负载电阻）RL 的阻值选用250 Ω。如果Us 和RL 选用别的数值，那么RL = 值不能超过由公式计算得到的数值。
    变送器顶部两侧面的连接孔用电缆密封或信号线装配，信号电缆通过紧固螺母锁紧，不用的那个连接口必须密封。

    如果使用的是本质安全防爆仪表，必须与安全栅配套使用，组成本安防爆系统。本安防爆系统如图4 所示。

    出厂前压力变送器已按订货要求调试合格，用户无需再做调整。长时间使用后如需重新标定，可分别调整“调零电位器”和“调量程电位器”。压力量程的下限值对应4mA，上限值对应20mA.

　　See the chart as follow. Suggest the supply Us to be 24V.
　　The connected gauge should be RL=250Ω。If you choose other date for Us and RL，the RL can not exceed　RL= .
　　Use wires to seal the holes on the sides of the transmitter or install the signal wire to the holes and fix by tight　nut. The hole without used should be sealed.

　　如果使用的是本质安全防爆仪表，必须与安全栅配套使用，组成本安防爆系统。本安防爆系统如图4 所示。
　　If it is the essential safety pressure gauge, it is necessary to fit with the safe bar to form the essential safety　system as following:

　　出厂前压力变送器已按订货要求调试合格，用户无需再做调整。长时间使用后如需重新标定，可分别调整“调零电位器”和“调量程电位器”。压力量程的下限值对应4mA，上限值对应20mA.
　　The transmitter has been debugged as the customer’s request, no need to debug again. After long time　of using, if needed, it can be debugged by adjust“ Zero electric device” and“ Range electric device”. The down　limit of the range should be corresponding with 4mA，and up limit will be with 20mA.

　　六、安 装Installation notes

    1. 直接安装在测量点上（任意角度）。
    2. 尽量安装在温度梯度与温度波动小的场合，同时避免强振动和冲击。
    3. 测量蒸汽或其它高温介质时，注意不要使变送器的工作温度超限。必要时请安装散热器或其它冷却装置连接。
    4. 安装时应在变送器和介质之间加装压力截止阀，以便检修和防止取压口堵塞而影响测量精度。在压力波动范围大的场合还应加装阻尼器压力缓冲装置。

　　1. Directly install to the measuring point（any angles）.
　　2. It is better to be with less temperature fluctuation and avoid the strong vibration.
　　3. While measuring the high temperature mediums, please do not exceed the temperature limitation. If　necessary, fit it with cooling devices.
    4. Add pressure cut-off valve between the transmitter and the medium and add the dampers if the pressure changes a lot.
